In 2018, our workforce increased by 20%. The creation of additional jobs is associated with an increase in production capacity, an active export policy, and the successful promotion of new company projects. Furthermore, the procurement and logistics service dealing, without limitation, with direct contracts with global suppliers of raw materials became a separate unit.

“We improved the process of adaptation of employees, introduced a mentoring system, which allows specialists on probation to faster master the workflows, to join the team”, Irina Kopteva, Deputy General Director for Human Resources, said.  “We conduct adaptive discussions (a sort of peculiar feedback sessions) at which the trainees assess their own work, find out how their activities are evaluated by the mentor and the manager. Beginners can share doubts, ask questions, and even give recommendations to the management regarding what could be improved or changed. Another important area of personnel policy is regular employee training, and the initiatives are taken by both the employer which is interested in forming a team of professionals, and the employee that can declare his/her will to gain additional knowledge in the relevant field.

In 2018, 2 million rubles were invested in personnel development. Trainings, tutorials, courses were attended by the lacquering department employees, colorists, printing workers, service engineers, system administrators, sales managers, public relations manager, company executives. The three-day training on BRC PACKING AND PACKING MATERIALS (version 5) organized for us by SGS was the most attended. 15 employees received certificates of internal auditors of food packaging quality and safety management systems. Raising their qualification, our specialists studied abroad. So, mechanics were trained in Germany, and printing workers in Holland.
